Moderators on Steam don't do their job

So, some geniuses moderator ban me without any reason and warnings and now just ignoring me. 

EA support tell's me:
"Here's the steps you can appeal for the ban:
- Go to your Steam Community Messages.
- Find the ban notification.
- Use the reply box to write a polite appeal.
Explain you didn’t break any rules.
Ask for clarification and reconsideration"

But moderators on Steam "very" busy people and ignoring me. Where else should i contact so that they start working?
