Mortar

The new updates to the mortar are good, the fire rate makes it more effective than popping off a round and hoping the person sits patiently waiting 20 seconds for the next one to arrive. But the accuracy is terrible and to wide of a possibility zone. Accuracy needs to be improved to a more realistic range.
