Figured I might as well try a forum to see if I actually get a response. My account xBigxJx was perma banned after 5 hours of play on Battlefield 6. I've submitted several individual appeals and 2 re-appeals on the original case. I received an auto generated response saying my account was "actioned correctly". Finally, after the second one I received another response 2 minutes after the auto message saying they would look into it. This was 2-3 days ago. I don't use other software, no headset, and never used chat. In fact, I hate to admit it, but my KD is usually terrible so clearly, I'm not using help...I would like an explanation on why I was banned. If I somehow miraculously and unknowingly violated a rule, then tell me! Clearly EA must have a bugged software that's just banning people without cause because I've read tons of other forums with the same issue. How hard is it to respond in a reasonable timeframe, or admit you were wrong and remove the ban, or waive the refund policy and give me my money back? Clearly, I'm not getting what I paid for. All the other forums said it was 3+ days of just re-appealing the case before they lifted the ban. Even worse they don't do anything to make up for the 3 days users can't use games that they own!! At this point EA is a definite 0/5 stars with zero customer service.
