PC Timed Out QR Code

I play on PC, game downloaded and played through steam with my accounts linked through EA. 

I cannot play anything online because after loading into the game or prior to being put into a map I receive "Timed Out - Your session timed out from inactivity, and you've been disconnected." with a QR code to scan.

What I've done to troubleshoot.

Uninstall & reinstall the game multiple times. I have completely deleted everything on my computer associated with Battlefield 6 before reinstalling it. I have watched youtube videos with suggestions, read through forums etc and have had no success on trying to play the game. I know my computer is capable because I commonly play Tarkov, however I have absolutely no explanation on why this continues to happen.

What I did gather from some forums was it was potentially the anticheat, however I went through, uninstalled the application, reinstalled the file and its clearly working then tried to play...still the Timed Out. After doing that I have completely uninstalled the game and reinstalled it multiple times with no luck. Really I feel like my only way to try and play the game would be to request a refund from steam, purchase the game through the EA store and see if that provides any solution.

Please help, I am trying to play!!
