Pls banned a cheater

I apologize for tagging you in this post, but I simply don't know how to contact support to unblock my Battlefield 6 account.

Since November 2025, my Battlefield 6 account has been blocked without explanation. However, my account history shows no previous bans. I submitted appeals as a guest account until January 2026. Now, as of May 2026, I can't even submit an appeal as a guest account. I'm prompted to log in, and I go through the entire process, but I'm not allowed to submit an appeal because there's no ban on my account.

I've never used any third-party software to gain an advantage over other players. I suspect several possible explanations for my account being erroneously banned:

First, a conflict between several security software programs: Javelin, Riot Vanguard, and FACEIT Anti-cheat. As of November 2025, the Javelin anti-cheat app was updated and could conflict with two other anti-cheats on my PC.

Second, at the time of the ban, and unfortunately still today, I temporarily reside in Russia. In order to play Battlefield 6, I had to use the ByeByeDPi program, as Cloudflare servers have since been blocked in Russia. This program has one function: bypassing Cloudflare server blocks so I can play Battlefield and other games that rely on Cloudflare servers.

I'm a loyal and loyal fan of the Battlefield series, buying the game year after year to enjoy your and other games. So,Dear EA_Cath​ , I'm asking for your help, as I don't know who else to turn to regarding this situation. I just want to play and enjoy Battlefield 6...
