REDSEC Ranked

Not sure if this will make a difference but I wanted to leave feedback for REDSEC ranked. Please remove entrance fees, due to no progression for weeks I’m at the point where it’s just a waste of time. In a 4 hour span I gain some rp and within a few bad games I’ve lost it all. I’m only Gold rank and it’s to the point where I have to pick and choose who I play with because I can’t risk losing more rp and potentially derank. Entrance fees only make high ranked people back out of lobbies before it loads in because they don’t want to risk losing rp. A player should always progress in rank, better players will obviously stay in higher tiers because they get more points per game but to have regression and loss of levels in an already difficult mode is literally just a waste of time. I like the mode but taking one step forward and two steps back is not rewarding, it’s not fun, and doesn’t justify time spent. Grinding is one thing but losing all you’ve gained is literally just gambling and a waste of time. I don’t even feel like playing anymore because I don’t want to derank, is that the mentality that you want your players to have or do you want them to keep playing and strive for higher ranks continuously because they don’t fear the loss of points. Please EA, ranked is fun but not with entrance fees.
