This my friends is how you lose a player base. Not everyone wants to wade through countless "Official Servers" filled with smurfs. I would get it if it was only like 50% progress but fully removing all exp progress is straight up a brain dead move on EA's part. I will not be playing this game again until they come to their senses and I recommend everyone else do the same.
