SECURE BOOT!! ONE PEEVED OFF GAMER
Lets get started.
I downloaded the game while I slept last night. Woke up thinking 10am I can load this thing up. Started it up, and came to screen saying "secure boot needs to be enabled to play".
Ok, look up the solution. Spent 3 hours working through solutions on enabling secure boot. I did not find a way to enable secure boot on my computer. Back to watching more videos, and still, I did not find a way to enable secure boot. Another 2 hours wasted, so I gave up, peeved off, and played other games.
Came back to the problem this evening. Watched more videos, and finally found something that could be the issue. I had to change my hard drive from MBR to GPT. Ok so I follow the steps involved, which means, formatting the drive. I succeeded in changing from MBR to GPT, only to have all of my games erased, and needing to be installed again.
I now have loads of time tonight to be able to leave this thoughtful discussion for EA. I will say this, and it is a stern warning. I do not play any of your other games. I purchased a couple of games you had on sale for 85% off and was disappointed in Star Wars Battlefront especially. If this is the kind of hoops you want me jumping through to play an anticipated title, you will quickly learn I have no interest in your games. Having to wipe a hard drive full of games is quite frankly, beyond ridiculous!
