Sniper rifles doesn’t one shot headshot in BF 6 battle royal (RedSec)

Why do sniper rifles don’t deal proper damage when it lands into head ? The multiplier headshot damage for all sniper rifles is 1.75. Doesn’t it suppose to be 2.00 or higher when it comes to battle royal as long as the character has additional armor? Or what’s the point of having sniper rifles in battle royal when they deal DMR damage?
