**Subject: Suggestion to expand the REDSEC map in Battlefield 6**
Dear EA Sports Management and DICE Team,
I am writing to you as a long-time passionate fan of the Battlefield series and an active player of Battlefield 6, especially the REDSEC mode which delivers an outstanding Battle Royale experience on the Fort Lyndon map.
I truly believe REDSEC has massive potential thanks to its huge map, dynamic coastal areas like the Marina and Ocean Park, and its signature destructible gameplay. However, I would like to share an idea that could make late-game moments even more epic and immersive: **expanding the REDSEC map by adding a massive aircraft carrier and fast inflatable boats (dinghies / RHIBs).**
Here’s why this addition would be perfect:
- **For final circles closing over water**: When the safe zone shrinks onto the ocean (which happens frequently given Fort Lyndon’s coastal layout), players could fight on the carrier’s deck — with catapults, hangars, destructible turrets and structures — or engage in intense naval skirmishes using fast dinghies. This would prevent frustrating situations where players are left swimming with no real tactical options.
- **True to Battlefield’s DNA**: Introduction of water vehicles (armed RHIBs with machine guns), multi-level combat on the carrier (jets taking off / landing), and environmental destruction (parts of the deck collapsing under heavy fire).
- **Increased replayability**: Longer, more varied endgames, new strategic POIs, and a huge draw for players who love spectacular naval / carrier battles — reminiscent of the most memorable moments in Battlefield 4.
This could be rolled out as a seasonal update, possibly with special events centered around the carrier (invasion, defense, extraction modes, etc.), which would greatly boost the active REDSEC community.
