I totally understand the need to change some of the challenges, like the ones were you needed 30-40 kills on objectives, but to now make it 10? All the challenges i was working towards were all completed when logging in after the changes. This didnt make me happy, it just feels like i got handed a bunch of stuff for doing absolutly nothing. Its called a "challnge" for a reason - the situation of being faced with) something that needs great mental or physical effort in order to be done successfully and therefore tests a person's ability - cambridge dictionary. I understand that its hard to make everyone happy - but geting better and improving takes time ITS A CHALLLENGE. We are not geting a new BF realese next fall so whats the stress? Im also courios how you determine the level of the challenges? Other then a few bugs I rly enjoy the game, so thanks for the great job and keep it up.

I think they made it unnecessarily difficult on themselves by locking behind major class progression behind some of the challenges. For example, starting with 300 enemies suppressed and damage via hipfire as the first challenge, which locks behind it multiple weapons and attachments, was poorly implemented. Many of these would have benefitted by just being badges/camo/profile picture/something.I think some of the challenges were overtuned, but now makes it easy for some of them to hit gold/final level very easily. I know that it must look to the devs like 'you guys will complain about everything and you're never happy!'. The game has been out for a month, and people want to not feel stuck, but also don't want to be playing in a dumb way (I spent several rounds in casual breakthrough just getting suppressions at about 30 per round to progress with Support). I'm thankful that they added the bots back to make it easier to get through those numbers, but it felt terrible to be forcing that grind through so that I could begin unlocking multiple weapons and gadgets.

The problem is the whole thing was badly designed.Skins and 'show off' stuff? Sure put that behind challenges that take ages or are 'difficult'.But stuff that gives an advantage in game? Stuff that is class-defining? No. That's bad design.They shouldn't have locked powerful weapons behind difficult challenges.They shouldn't have locked class gadgets behind difficult challenges.They shouldn't have locked class training paths behind difficult challenges.The challenges for that kind of basic progression should have been like simple tutorials to encourage full use of the class or of other weapons before expanding them.Simply handing more power to players that are more experienced (and already more powerful) is stupid. The way they have done it just creates a fake power gap between noobs/casuals and those with more time to play.BF1 did it right: The basic weapons were decent and progression just unlocked variety and flexibility not raw power.As with a LOT of things in thig game, they got it wrong. It's almost like the devs don't actually play...

I have never unlocked everything in a battlefield game aside from vehicle upgrades. It was always difficult to get everything. Idk why people hate putting in actual work to earn something now. I would always get bored of having the best weapons and vehicle load outs in bf4. I reset my rank and unlocks to zero multiple times just to work my way back up to those sweet setups that you could just run through the objectives with.

Agreed some are just way to easy. And some are just way to hard. One is the medic airburst rifle 3000 damage. I have been doing it for days and only at 140/3000. I feel like it only counts the 1st damage on the enemy and the rest doesn't. The recon spot it really easy. The assault kill stunned enemy's is rough been doing it for weeks and only at 17. The seems like the window to stun and kill is to small.
I enjoyed doing the challenges. Most I was half why through and you nerf them and it just auto complete for me.

Earning the best stuff takes hard work. Welcome to real life kiddos. Yall ruined battlefield again. Now even the most mediocre player can have the best set up. But, considering what I've experienced tonight, it doesn't compensate for a lack of basic common sense when it comes to battlefield tactics. Does no one remember when you had to do crazy challenges for the cool stuff in battlefield? Pepperidge Farms remembers.
