This Game Is Garbage

Give them 1 year after launch 

I only say this because battlefield 4 had bad netcode at launch as well. Tons of players rubberbanding,  actually unplayable at times. Then game got an overhaul and it became my favorite fps game of all time so far.

1 year, if not fixed,  I just might agree with you at that point 

that's kinda my point. we've been there done that, got the free slap in the face. why can't they just make the netcode good from the start?  why should we have to wait a year for a game to be playable?  none of us would put up with this with any other product we buy, why do we tolerate it with video games?

I'm so disgusted with the state of games lately, i've actually started learning Unreal Engine 5 to make my own game.

You cannot have good netcode with force cross-play and having to communicate with console networks, Consoles have the processing speed of a good PC a decade ago and their networks do not prioritize first person shooter packet traffic.

Console networks do prioritize FPS/gaming packet traffic.

Modern consoles are optimized for consistent 60 - 120 FPS gameplay and handle modern FPS titles just fine on the client side.

It's the games netcode, servers, lag comp, etc. Not the hardware or console networks.

99% of my BS deaths are to console.  I don't even count cheaters because at least they're still working within the "rules" of the game.  A console player who I shot 20 times, takes no damage, then I die in .02 seconds from half a mag they never fired, oh but then they do fire, but oh it's in the completely wrong direction.

I mean come on.  There's clearly an issue.  Sure, none of us here are working on the code and actually know the root cause, but it's clear to see that consoles are having and creating a problem with game health.

FPS are done if they keep trying to force crossplay and don't fix cheating

MoGZ is having a blast maybe you should join a group. We are really excited for some of the new changes they are bringing with season 3.

It's not just the Netcode, have been playing more than 550 hours, I can tell you there is an "handicap system" that change rules only for you.  If you're too good, your weapons will be weaker and you are going to be more easy to kill in many games round (not all but many).  To test this, create (if you can) a new account, you're first games will be isane, you're going to destroy everybody and everything easily.  You can also stop playing for about 2 weeks, you will have the same result with your fist games.  This is sad because this game have potential.
