Time punishment for strikepoint... please 🙏 🙏 🙏

WHY?? Why is there no penalty for people who quit strike point early?? Its a team based game where you only get 4 players on each team, then one or multiple ppl quit or just stand there to help the other team. It's very frustrating as I play stirkpoint most of the time but im starting to not want to play it because EVERY TIME someone either quits or stands there not playing... sucks :(
