Ugly, Almost Unusable Sight Reticles.

Almost every sight I've tried to use in this game is ugly as hell, whats up with that extra layer under some reflex sights between the actual Sight and the gun mount?  The reticles have very little illumination, they're way too big and they look like they're painted on, instead of projected onto the sight picture.

It's really a HUGE immersion breaker

The first sniper scope is hilariously bad, the centre dot is so big that it will obscure any head you aim at past 50m. And no one is talking about it.
