I'm still falsely banned and haven't heard anything from EA in days.I started a live chat and the agent I spoke to said they would escalate my ticket. a day or so after that the status changed to "waiting on studio" and I got a message saying my case would be reviewed and I would be updated as soon as possible. It has now been 7 days since that message. and 15 days since I've been banned. At this point I am quite frustrated. I have had zero update and been given no way to contact the ToS team to see what is going on. My first appeal was denied 24 hours later by a generic robot message, after it already took me 3 days to even be able to submit an appeal.I have been unable to play due to a false permanent ban and it seems nothing is happening for my appeal at this point.Exactly how long will I be stuck with the waiting on studio status before I get an update? I've considered refunding the game multiple times now but continue to leave it because I'm hoping they'll fix the mistake and actually allow me to play again.Don't respond if you're just gonna be a troll, I did not cheat nor have I ever cheated in any battlefield game

Finally after 16 days I have been unbanned. Yes I was getting impatient but when you spend a ton of money on a game to be unfairly banned you're gonna be that way.

Hi JDelii1, I'm sorry, but it's unlikely anyone here can give you an accurate time frame. The general wait time for the outcome is 10 days, but the appeal guide (https://help.ea.com/en/articles/security-and-rules/locked-banned-suspended-accounts/) does state that it can be longer. Unfortunately, all I can suggest for your appeal in this case is to wait for the outcome.

Hi JDelii1 , I'm glad this is happening to other players because I also appealed my ban and it's 'pending at the studio'.For those wondering, I was banned on October 25, 2025, and on the same day I filed an appeal which is still pending. I RL need help i can,t play

I've been waiting on studio since the 31st, i see that the time keeps going up as it seems people at DICE or EA are looking at my case but not a single person is making a decision, i cannot for the life of me figure out what my ban was for.

Is this for battlefield? I have the same situation for madden waiting on studio and it was for some false reason I tried to ask the chat advisor they were like it'll get taken off but we have to wait I've been waiting since November 14th the status is still updating being pushed back and it's like dude I paid all this money to not be able to play and it's not like they are going to compensate me for the time I've missed. Why is customer support so bad for this company

I'm addressing all Battlefield players. I think I've figured out why Battlefield randomly bans players. I sincerely believe it's to inflate sales figures and force people like us to buy it a second or even a third time. Don't let them get away with it! I'm going to start a Twitter thread (X) myself, explaining this with evidence. It's coming soon, and I'll share the messages so you can participate.
