Why am I playing with bots in every game?!

Why is there bots in a multiplayer game to begin with?!? I am not joining casual games. I am searching for rush/conquest/breakthrough/escalation on very map and im being put into lobbies with bots EVERY SINGLE GAME! I NEVER WANT TO PLAY WITH BOTS! WHY ARE YOU BACKFILLING LOBBIES WITH BOTS? not playing this game until i see bots get removed

I agree, I started a discussion on this yesterday... make a "disable bots" option for the filter. Merge lobbies together if necessary... I would enter a game with like 12 to 16 players then it would bot filled so I leave and join another game with 16 players and same thing would happen. Why not Merge those two lobbies together until you have a full one ?
