Banned account for no reason

My account have been banned for a month now, all I got is vague, generic answers from EA have been on this account for over 10 years no penalty never, never hack my KD Sucks and also me tbh, move from ps5 to pc, i appealed no answer all i see is "waiting on studio" been a month now no answer no proof nothing
