I've gotten banned as well with nothing in the penalty history. Lot's of people are facing this.

It's unlikely to be related to the controllers themselves. The Elite series are official Microsoft products and Scuf are officially licensed, but if any software (reWASD, DS4Windows etc etc) or other devices (E.G. Cronus Zen) are being used in conjunction, then that could be a cause. N.B. I'm not accusing anyone in this thread of using third-party software or devices with officially licensed products. Just pointing out that the cause likely lies elsewhere.

I got banned the day after I reached level 26 as well. I hopped on to play and I got a screen that said “banned for gameplay enhancement”.

I've logged in to my ban section on the website and nothing is showing there either so can't appeal. Seems like it's happening to quite a few so hopefully EA sort it out soon enough, not a good start to the game.FYI you can contact support by going through the form and chosing a game other than BF6 so use like BF 2042 or BF labs it should then give you the option to e-mail or chat. They're not that helpful though...

There do seem to be a lot of peole being banned for no reason. It looks like it might be connected to using controllers with back paddles like scuff or Ellite. EA refuses to provide any info, there are quite a few people on this thread.https://forums.ea.com/idea/battlefield-6-bug-reports-en/account-ban---no-violation/12751202To everyone who can only respond with "you must have cheated, I've never been banned", that's what we all thought. I've played every BF game have a 16 year old EA account and am a 42 year old gamer dad who has no interest in cheating and just wanted to play with his son.

I buy from ea and and game don’t work and I refunded and buy from steam and my Ea was same account maybe that why I get banned. I was inn settings 5 min I get banned

FYI you can contact support by going through the form and chosing a game other than BF6 so use like BF 2042 or BF labs it should then give you the option to e-mail or chat. They're not that helpful though...
