Just refund it. I had this hope as well, and nothing was done. My latest Appeals are more than 6 months old, still "Waiting for Studio". (Even after I refunded)

they say refund will take place only after ban is lifted!!! is this true?
i purchased the game from steam btw.
also got deied refund from steam so i'm trying from EA.
