my steam is china region since i have a friedn that can get me the games there for a better price , is there anyone here that was able to refund the game from the same region ?
i got the game on october 24th , got banned on november 14th and just my lack passed the 2 hours threshhold playtime by 14 minnutes
(they say refund for game are acceptable only before 14 days of purchaase of withles than hours of game time )
my first request got denied btw...
