I'm having a similar experience. I think my problematic software was DS4Windows Ps4 to PC controller software. Infinite appeal loop with no human moderator in sight, and constant automated denied appeals with links to rules/TOS related material. I 'm pretty sure the forum post I started here explaining my exact experience got wiped within minutes of posting as well...:(. Good luck, I hope they do something about this. I can't even play on PS5 because I mistakenly left my controller software running when launching the PC version of the game. (I play mouse and keyboard, so I wasn't even using said software) Permanent ban is really rough for us battlefield old timers.
