Battlefield crashes, how to test locate fix

How do you troubleshoot crashes in battlefield streets I used to be able to play for 12 hours now after this new update I play maybe 20 minutes 30 minutes 40 minutes and just locks up freezes and crashes. Our computer runs fine. I’ve checked the settings even undead the video car drivers were reinstalled them bios is updated. Can’t find anything wrong with my computer. Don’t scan now fix that whatever everything I’ve tried has not worked. It’s in battlefield or this cheap program that they’re using, but there’s gotta be some way to test this.
