BF PRO BATTLE PASS STILL MISSING CONTENT

i have still not received any of my BF Pro limited time battle pass content (cod ghosts skin) when the devs didnt even check there game properly and messed up the token rewards, i completed the challenges after they shoddily fixed it and was told i would get these rewards at a later date, with season 2 coming in a couple of days now i am guessing i will never get these rewards… 

after a waste of time back and forth with the ea help service they have directed me to here…

paid more money for BF Pro and what do i get? nothing. 

what is going on !?!?!?
