BF6 freeze and crash to desktop

Launch day it worked fine for me but since then I will load into a game and after about 5 min it will freeze unfreeze and then crash to my desktop with no error codes or anything. I have updated my bios updated my drivers changed my virtual ram turned off and on over clock settings multiple times verified game files un installed and installed ea anti cheat again uninstalled the game and installed multiple times as well. weird thing is that it will randomly work for me unless I close the game out and then it wont work anymore. the ea anti cheat file installed with the game doesn't have bf6 listed in it but the one downloaded from the website does ive tried replacing the program file with that one and it didn't do anything event viewer says it has something to do with the ea anti cheat and when i verify game files on steam even after a fresh install it almost always says there's files missing and it needs to recover them so idk if its on my end or is it some weird back end coding issue on theirs? I am genuinely at a loss at this point
