Can’t Host Anything in Portal - 'Global Game Quota Exceeded’ Error

So their solution is killing portal, nobody play or care about it now!

They didnt think about this and in the end it back fired on them. This game has so many bugs and they are doing little to fix them. One bug I've encountered is if I want to make any new changes to a weapon I have to restart my game. There is a bug where weapon unlocks wont track. EA has done nothing to fix any of these things. They are ignoring them like they are an unwanted step child.
