Cannot connect to EA servers – Error 1:860015:51002S:57019S (works only via VPN)
Hello, I am unable to connect to EA servers (Battlefield 6 on Steam, PC) when using my home ISP.
- Region: Ukraine
- ISP: Intelekt.net (static IP)
- Error code: 1:860015:51002S:57019S
- Traceroute reaches ssx.gos.ea.com [159.153.71.17] successfully
- Ports tested and open: 3659 UDP, 443 TCP, 80 TCP
- ISP confirmed no blocks or filters
- Connection works normally via VPN or mobile internet
This strongly suggests that my static IP or the route via Zayo/retn.net is blocked.
What I already tried:
- Restarting game and EA App
- Reinstalling EA App
- Verifying game files
- Testing ports
- Contacting ISP (they confirmed no issues)
Additional notes:
- I spent over 1 hour 20 minutes in EA Help chat, but was only given generic advice like reinstalling video drivers (irrelevant to a connectivity issue).
- Eventually I was told to post on the forum for further help.

Please escalate this to the EA Network Operations / Server Connectivity team to check if my IP range is blocked. I can provide the full IP privately to an EA staff member if needed.
