Closing RTSS (Rivatuner)

Closing RTSS(Rivatuner Statistics) so far for me has solved a huge amount of the stuttering/lag or whatever has happened since that last winter patch. Unless this has been a problem altogether... i hope that it sticks! Watching temps/usage on HWinfo64 and things look good. Hope this helps for others. Happy Holidays everyone.

I tried turning off all forms of monitoring software but still get plenty of mouse teleporting. It's every second or two no matter what I'm doing. Frame rate remains above 200 for the most part.
