Can't connect to the game, everytime I get past the queue, I get this error message

What am I suppose to do ?

EA, please fix this issue.
I played the beta and everything was fine.
I’ve been waiting for this game for a long time, even pre-ordered it —
and now I’ve spent an entire day trying to play, but I still can’t.
I’ve been trying to solve the problem for a whole day — nothing works.
I reinstalled the game, changed my router settings, changed DNS,
even tried playing using mobile internet.
But it still doesn’t work.
I know about Cloudflare WARP. solution but I play on PS5 so I can’t install it.
This is just disrespectful to the players. Please fix it or return my money.
