Could you please provide a link to a solution to the port-opening issue?
As far as I remember, ports are usually opened through the ISP. But anyway, why would we, customers, need to make changes to our PCs or routers, contact with ISPs to play your game? This issue only appeared during the release, while everything was fine in the beta.

Hi guys. I had the same issue from the very beginning. Game worked with vpn but not worked without it. Yesterday I reset settings on my router and now it works. I use TPLink. Not sure what exact setting was causing the issue. But it definitely works now. So you may try it as well. Wish you luck!

 keeps popping up. I don’t understand why or how when I have Internet connection I also have PlayStation platinum plus and an EA account. I’m very upset right now and I’m about on a refund already like what more do I need to do?

Especially without even acknowledging the frustration of the poster, or even, you know, saying 


"Hey man, that sucks to hear.  We're working on it but for now, go ahead and follow the instructions on this 3 month old thread that has replies from people with mixed results" 

Is there anything I can actually do to remedy this?  
Why does it happen After we've played for ~2+ hours? 

I've had an account in good standing since 2008.  What do.  Is this the new anti cheat breaking stuff? 

Some kind of response or information about the problem would be wonderful. 

For the record, your game is great. I'm just not here to alpha test. 
Especially when you nuke my post for a "solution" that isnt one.
