no it was via kinguin as i had some credits there , but it was an EA app key of course. 

I did a mistake of reedeming on the old account, so i asked them to merge with new, they tried, seems it didn't work, so they told me ask for it later, but since then ( I think ) i've been getting this error code: 1:86001S:89001S .

Not sure what they are on about.

downloading Cloudflare and enabling WARP fixed it for me.

I think we should be included in this compensation... issue prevails...

Same, but it's to laggy and very uncomfortable for me.

Iv just spoken with EA, They confirmed its a known global issue and are trying to fix it. I also asked if they know about the ppl who got banned after trying to get EA to fix there ID to see if that would fix the issue. They told me they know about that too and will also be resolving that. They added my account to there growing global list of effected users.

how did you get in contact with them? all my tickets either go unnoticed or get closed for no reason.
