Another day without an update, I am **bleep**ing done with this game and the support team. We are no closer to resolving the issue than we were 5 days ago. Even if they do eventually fix this I doubt anyone'll get compensated.

Most of us couldn't even enter the game and play since the release and also we can play all other EA games and there's no ban on our account, so stop ragebaiting and go live your life.
