I tried alot of different solutions like updating BIOS and driver, reinstall EA anticheat, repair game, turn of third party apps etc. For me the problem was probably corrupted files. I have been able to play for 6h now without a crash. I did run PowerShell (CMD works too) as administrator and entered following commands:
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Restart computer
