Crashing during game start

Games freezes for several minutes after you try to edit loadout at beginning of match either wait and spam buttons to not get kicked or restart app and wait in a 7 minute queue to play with friends again. I know its not on my side as I work for an ISP and have checked all but is a recurring issue verified on several platforms, is anyone else having this problem or does anyone know a time for a fix??? very frustrating just want to put it out there to make a smoother experience.
