Dear EA Staff – Please respond about BF6 Javelin Anticheat C0000210 error

Dear EA team,

Many Battlefield 6 players are currently affected by the EA Javelin Anticheat error (7)(2) with “Internal error #4: C0000210 / Dumping failed”. For a lot of us, the game suddenly stopped working after it had been running fine before, and this has now been going on for more than two days without any clear answer.

We have tried every community workaround we can find (reinstalling Battlefield 6 and Javelin, repairing files, updating Windows and drivers, changing graphics settings, disabling overlays/VPNs/overclocking tools, enabling Secure Boot, etc.) and nothing fixes the problem. At this point it really looks like a Javelin Anticheat issue on your side, not on individual PCs.

Please, could someone from EA officially confirm:

  • Is this C0000210 Javelin Anticheat error a known issue that your team is actively investigating?
  • Is there any temporary workaround that actually works, or an ETA for a patch / hotfix?
  • What information (logs, crash dumps, DxDiag) do you need from us to help you diagnose the problem faster?

Right now players feel completely in the dark: no status update, no acknowledgement, and no communication, while the game is unplayable. This post is meant for every player with the same bug to reply “I have this issue too” so you can see how many people are impacted.

We would really appreciate an official response from EA as soon as possible.
