I've repaired through Steam multiple times, and I won't even attempt any of these other fixes because there's just tons of people that report none of them worked after x amount of time. Clean installs, enabling XMP, changing ram speed, verifying system files, changing to windows bordered, changing classes in a match, etc. etc.
Everyone who has done every suggested fix continues to report crashes no matter the CPU, GPU, or brand of either, except maybe Intel? I haven't seen anyone with Intel GPU complain but that may just be anecdotal. - RavenIntelGroup3 months agoNew Traveler
I will report that doing the switching class thing, clearing shader cache semi-regularly, and playing in windows bordered got me a couple more matches without crash, but since this last update it's been brutal. I can't even keep up with a common trigger because now it just happens spontaneously during a match. It always of course happens when I'm having a great match and doing good 😂

I recommend finding your own solutions, because if you depend on the company, forget it. Besides, you can't even get a refund if you bought it on Steam; the moderators respond to all topics except those related to this problem.

RavenIntelGroup thank you for posting the HWiNFO screenshot.
I checked the QVL supported memory list for ASUS TUF GAMING B850-PLUS WIFI.
Corsair CMH32GX5M2E6000C36 memory isn't on the list which means Asus hasn't tested or tuned the motherboard for that memory.
The DirectX error is likely due to memory errors. You might have to run the memory at a slower speed for it to be stable.

Thanks I'll attempt to give it a try, what speeds would you recommend so it's stable?

FriskyDingo329 thank you for posting the HWiNFO screenshot.
I checked the QVL supported memory list for ASUS TUF GAMING B650-E WIFI.
G.Skill F5-6000J3636F16G memory isn't on the list. Which means Asus hasn't tested or tuned the motherboard for that memory.
I also noticed the memory timings in your HWiNFO screenshot don't match any of the EXPO or XMP memory timings.
The memory might be unstable and causing DirectX errors.

RavenIntelGroup the AMD Ryzen™ 7 7800X3D specs list these speeds as in spec. Since you have two memory sticks I'd choose 5200MHz.
Max Memory Speed
2x1R DDR5-5200
2x2R DDR5-5200
4x1R DDR5-3600
4x2R DDR5-3600

I went several days without a crash. I haven't changed much for system other than reverting back to global settings with AMD, playing windows borderless, and changing the class from Assault in main menu and once in game to whatever class I want to run.
Biggest thing I did that seems to have helped a lot was simply restarting my PC and just opening only BF6. No Discord, no YouTube, no browser. Nothing. Just the game.
Today I decided to try a new weapon and all of a sudden crashes instantly start, "coincidentally" this also happened when I had begun using new weapons on previous dates.
Even stranger anecdote is that my Victus 15L Desktop with a 4060 8GB, 32 GB DDR4 Ram on XMP because it's locked on that MOBO, and 5700 G, ran on high settings and never had a crash and I would consistently use Omen Hub to wipe any memory cache and free up ram just to increase some performance. Now, again, "coincidentally" my brand new 9060 XT 16 GB, with 32 GB DDR5 Ram, and 7800X3D all completely up to date with every possible driver, windows update, BIOS, etc. suddenly is an "issue", yet, simply restarting the PC and going right into the game without launching anything else gave me hours and multiple days of gameplay but simply changing weapons to try and run a new one started new crashes.
Odd. Very odd.
