Matchmaking send back to Menu

I have the issue where it finds a match, then I get a black screen and then it says Battlefield, and send me back to the Menu, seems like I am able to find a match, but not connect to it, I have trie...

    To help us look into this faster, please share the following details if you’re experiencing the issue:

    • Platform (PC, PS5, Xbox, etc.)
    • Gamertag / Username
    • Timestamp (with timezone)
    • Region
    • Internet Service Provider (ISP)
    • Connection type (WiFi, cable)
    • Game Mode /Map
    • Steps to reproduce (if you’ve noticed any pattern)

I recently bought battlefield 6 and had issues getting into matches. I would queue up, find a match, and see a Battlefield 6 splash screen before being sent back to the main menu. It wouldn't matter how many times i queued up, always back to the menu. Occasionally, I would launch the game and be able to find games, but if i ever closed the game and re-launched, i would be back in the same spot. It seemed really random

After researching for a bit, it seemed like it may have had something to do with my network, so I decided to try an alternative. My wifi has a 5Ghz and 2.5Ghz channel and swapping to the 2.5Ghz channel seemed to fix it. I did it while in game, it would disconnect me from the server, reconnect and then be fine. If I left for a while and came back, it was hit or miss if it would be working, but switching back and forth between the two networks seems to fix it. 

There is something going on, but swapping to a different network seems to be a work around for now. I can now play matches consistently. 

I play on PC through Steam.

I'm having the same issue but on PS5. I've tried switching between our regular WiFi and extension WiFi (5Ghz and 2.5Ghz respectively), restoring licenses, reinstalling game - all with no luck. Unsure what else to try - really frustrating. I was able to join 1 single game at one point after several tries but no luck since.

    Exact same issue. Searches for game then throws me back to menu screen. Let me know if you find a fix as this is an absolute joke.
