I saw a post after launch about EA apologising about the amount of people not being able to play BF6 on launch day when purchased on the EA App. I was one of these people. They said that they would give the effected players 12x 2XP tokens and access to Season 1 BattlePass for free. Is this the case? As I haven't received either. Cheers.
if you are in europe you can contact European Consumer Centre and or your country's market regulator. we have Directive (EU) 2019/770 and Directive 2011/83/EU to protect us from this sort of issue.
Today is 12/3/2025 and I have not received neither the Battle Pass nor the XP Boost they said they will give to us who have had issue on the release of BF6 on day one. I pre-order it a few weeks before the release on the PC EA App. I hope to get some help from EA. This might be my last Battlefield game. It's a shame since I have owned them all. Thanks
I really do hope they follow through with their promise... I was gutted I couldn't play at launch, and after seeing they would compensate for it I was ecstatic that they actually cared. We shall see if EA can keep their promises.
It's the case they said they would offer it. Despite many people, me included, being vocal about never getting the Boosters, EA hasn't done anything to fix it.
I doubt anyone who hasn't already got it will get anything from them. And I'm giving up on it at this point. They don't care. They got their publicity for "doing the right thing", then failed to actually do what they promised. I'll believe it when I see it. If they fix it, awesome, but I expect at this point they won't bother. They havent communicated any work on the issue in over a week now, despite quite a crowd of us never getting the promised compensation.
