Jitter Lag

I've tried so many ways to solve this problem that I don't understand why it happens, but I've seen in forums that I'm not the only one facing this issue. The problem is this: in modes like battle royale and custom, I don't have any problems, but when I switch to domination, rupture, and other modes, the game becomes completely laggy, and this only happens when the match is very crowded. No, it's not my internet because it's good, and this only happens in Battlefield 6. I want a solution. What I've already tried:
Setting the internet to Google's DNS
Lowering all graphics settings
Turning off VSync (on NVIDIA and in the game)
Turning on G-Sync (on NVIDIA and in the game)
Refreshing the internet connection via CMD
Limiting the FPS to 177 (on NVIDIA and in the game) (My monitor is 180Hz)

There must be something else I tried, but I don't remember it right now while writing this. I need help because the game wasn't cheap and I'd really like to play with my friends without having to go through this.
