Hi everyone,
A couple of days ago I decided to do a clean install of Windows 11 and installed all the necessary drivers. When I install and play Battlefield 6, after about 5 minutes the game kicks ...
Hi there. Please make sure the country on your EA account matches the country you are located in. If that is not the issue, please get me a DxDiag report. Instructions for that can be found here. Thanks!
I've sent you the full DxDiag report in a private message, you can find a slightly redacted version attached to this reply (I've redacted unique IDs/keys I'd prefer not posting publicly). This file should still be useful, otherwise check my PM :)
I changed the region of my account, however I doubt that's the issue. I could play until yesterday morning when I reinstalled Windows and I've been in Sweden for a few months now and before that I spent 7 years in The Netherlands - all while my birth country (neither SWE/NED) was set as my birth country on my EA profile.
I have disabled the iGPU, I'm still getting this error randomly. Sometimes several times within a few minutes (upon clicking close, I either get back to the menu immediately or if I was in the training area that just continues. If it happens during a match, I get kicked out).
Razer Synapse is not even installed, all other overlays are turned off. Secure boot is turned on (the game would not even boot past the Javelin loader without it), TPM is also enabled. As I mentioned earlier, at this point I've tried everything that was listed on these forums or on Steam.
Most likely this has not much to do with my video card, the game runs perfectly fine. Technically this is not a crash, it's a service issue on EA's/DICE's end, especially given how it happens to several people now, it's not an isolated case.
