Horrible Experience

I’ve emailed EA multiple times over the last few weeks and never got a single response. The only way I finally reached someone was through a random pop up chat box that appeared by chance. I spent over two hours talking to two different support agents, and communication was extremely difficult because they did not speak or understand fluent English. Basic details had to be repeated over and over, and the issue was constantly misunderstood. I explained repeatedly that I was not receiving the verification email tied to my account.

I was told the only way forward was to create a brand new email address, otherwise nothing could be done. After doing exactly what they told me, I finally gained access to my account and updated my email. The moment that happened, I lost all of my Battlefield 6 progress and every purchase tied to the account. On top of that, my account is now locked and I cannot make any changes for at least six months. I was also told that all of my progress and purchases are permanently gone and cannot be recovered. I'm a gamer dad I don't have time to grind again

I had close to 150 hours of gameplay, I was ranked 130, I had multiple weapons above level 50.

I’ve now asked for a refund for Battlefield 6 and for the money I spent on in game coins. I will not spend any more time or money on an EA game after this experience. EA needs to hire support staff who can clearly communicate in fluent English. When basic account issues depend on precise communication, language barriers cause real damage. I genuinely don’t understand how a billion dollar company can operate customer support this poorly.
