I keep seeing "contact support" "submit a ticket" "use live chat" but cannot find any option anywhere on any website to do this. I am unable to play the game that I have paid for and cannot get any support for this issue anywhere. PLEASE HELP
Account - help -technical issues at the bottom of that page is “contact us”.
i used the compromised account option, gives you the choice to speak to an advisor
Thanks for replying. Have you had any success with this? When I go via "contact us" and enter all relevant information, it just takes me to the self help documentation and articles based on the topic selected, no ticket raised etc... It says to contact an EA Advisor for further assistance but no such option or method is provided.
