IFV Lock-on Missile OP with Laser Designation Against All Aircraft

So I like playing vehicles a lot - especially tanks and IFVs. When playing a game on Mirak Valley I was in my IFV. Suddenly, a random sniper lasered an airplane, and I shot my lock-on missile at it. To my surprise, it IGNORED FLARES, and was too maneuverable to be dodged, and doesn't even require a continued lock! The ISV also regenerates and infinite amount of these missiles. So now I got thinking - if I got my friend to become the gunner in my ISV, he could just laser all aircraft and I shoot them with the lock-on missile. IT IS CRAZY OP - More effective the AA TRUCK! THE MISSILES IGNORE FLARES AND CAN'T BE DODGED!!! The only thing that can stop them is blocking the missiles with terrain. I got over 40k vehicle damage in a single game with over 13 aircraft destroyed! It is great for Engineer Challenge 05, but is OP and needs to be nerfed.
