Incorrect damage on RPKM stat page

i went into firing range with the rpkm, it states that it has 33 base damage, i shoot the closest dummy that is 10 meters from me and it shows 27 instead of 33 like the stat page says, i tested this since i wondered why i dont kill people with 2 headshots and a body shot with the rpkm.
