Matchmaking breaks every other match when on same network

Has this issue been fixed? I refunded the game because of this and I'm waiting for the fix before buying again...

Gamertag/Username: andre_ss6 on steam
Timestamp with timezone: don't remember
Party size & roles: (# of players, who was party leader) it was random MM. No predefined party.
Game modes and map : Conquest
What exactly happened: (exact on-screen message: “waiting for party leader”, “joining game…”, etc.) Loading screen for the next match would never finish. This was a couple weeks ago, so I don't remember details anymore.
