Middle East Servers Down Since March – Please Provide Dammam Servers Like FIFA
Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing to follow up and confirm that the issue with the Battlefield 6 servers in the Middle East has been ongoing since March and remains unresolved to this day.
Unfortunately, despite the significant amount of time that has passed, the issue has neither been fixed nor has an alternative server solution been provided for Battlefield 6 players in the region. As a result, players continue to experience high latency, unstable connections, and an overall poor matchmaking and gameplay experience.
In particular, we would like to request that EA consider providing alternative servers in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, similar to the server infrastructure that has been provided for FIFA. Providing servers in Dammam would offer a practical alternative for players in the region and could significantly improve latency, connection stability, and the overall gameplay experience.
If restoring the existing Middle East Battlefield 6 servers is not currently possible, we strongly urge EA to provide Dammam servers as an alternative solution until the issue is permanently resolved.
This issue has now been ongoing for several months without a proper resolution or alternative being provided. We therefore kindly request a clear update on the current status of the Middle East servers and whether EA is considering providing Dammam servers as an alternative, as has been done for FIFA.
We hope EA will take this matter seriously and provide a concrete solution for the Battlefield community in the Middle East.
Thank you for your attention. We look forward to receiving a clear response and, most importantly, a proper resolution to this ongoing issue.
