Thanks for flagging this — sometimes unlocks take a little while to appear. Restarting the game could also be a good idea.
We’ve passed the details to the team so they can double-check that rewards are granted correctly after code redemption. Thanks again for your the reports!

On the same boat, redeemed through EA App and not showing still after 3 days, after contacting 5.11 support and EA support , no progress besides telling me I redeemed it. I installed the game all over through the EA app this time, and still nothing. Hope EA fixes this issue sometime this month . yes my accounts are linked to steam etc.

Ive waited over 3 weeks to use this skin but it still isnt showing up and i wanna make sure i get what i paid for.

Did not unlocked for me either. I redeemed the code in January.

Neither the player card nor the engineer skin code are unlocked for me and I redeemed the codes, they show redeemed. The next 511 collab content drops on 2/24. I want the collab content but not purchasing and advising anyone to not purchase it till these issues are fixed. I'd recommend contacting 511 as well letting them know the extent of issues their collab is facing and how it disparages their company image as well.

It was supposed to become available with the drop of season 2, so on the 17th, but mine is still not available. 5 days after the season dropped

Hi Pulsar, I wanted to follow up on this. I've restarted my game countless times, and I redeemed the code received 5.11 weeks ago and redeemed it via the EA website. I play mainly on Xboxox and it's linked to my Xbox account. Is this issue still being investigated by the team? I wanna make sure I get the item I paid for its been frustrating, if you can follow up on this reply. It's irritating mainly because I don't know what else to do, and the support system hasn't been too helpful.
