Missing rewards and mouse lagging after winter update 1.1.3.1

Question

2 days ago on main Battlefield social media accounts they posted an information about rewards for BF series veterans that played since BF4. The problem is I didn't recieve anything, and I have both BF4 and BF6 on my steam account where BF4 is also on EA account. (Steam acc is linked with EA one).

I feel like the same stuff is happening like with Daily login rewards event that took place 2 months ago (after the premiere). I logged into the game every day from premiere and to this day I didn't get anything. ("Tankful" dog tag, "Steady aim" profile background and "Deerstalker" skin for vehicle).

Another quite annoying thing that happened after the released hotfix update 1.1.3.1 is that when turning around I started having weird lags/stutters/rubberbanding. The "Set steam friends to offline" fix didn't help at all and its definitely not the fault of my PC being weak. (Game is on stable 200 fps and that bug(?) is happening only when im moving my mouse.)

Has anybody fixed that problem, and did you recieve before mentioned rewards?

there are already lot of topics for mouse stutter, it ussualy happens while taping keys like 3,4, R, E, Q WSAD, you know the ones THAT ARE ESSINTIAL for playing FPS game, closing MSI afterburner makes it less worse but its still there, I experimented with lot of other things like borderless, steam offline, nothing helped, this definetely came after 1.1.3.1

any more hour the game is in this state is absolutely ridiculous, how can you have shooter game where even aiming/movement doesnt work? this is the most broken thing I have seen ever in any game

No rewards, and I played a lot of BF4 and some of 3. Some of us are STILL waiting for ANY news on the Raven Raider pack which they yanked out of our inventories and off the storefront with no refund or warning. Just stole our currency and left us with nothing. EA Help just sends copy paste emails. I despise them now.
