more ticket access instead of self-service

I am trying to open a ticket regarding getting info on a suspected hacking of my account due to my account being banned when I haven't been playing for a few days.

I have tried a ban appeal ticket, and other help topics to try and open a new ticket, but each time I press Submit I am brought to self-service articles that don't help in the first place sadly. On top of that, there is no open ban on my own account for the game, so I can't make a new ban ticket, and I just get thrown self-service articles on things I am unable to do without opening a live chat ticket, and even those on live chat can't reopen closed cases or lift bans and such.

I don't want to spam tickets, but I just want to be able to talk to a real human who could reset my account or lift a game ban if there is one on my account.

I am very aware of the ToS, but for some brief context, my account was banned due to "Game Enhancement" which by EA definition mixes in hacking with other utilities that aren't necessarily hacks. I use NVidia game filters and headphone software for all games I play, so naturally I did not turn these off while playing BF6. But then I was banned and submitted a ban appeal, which was promptly closed because of violating ToS but not specifically with what I did, just the general answer of "you violated our ToS".

It would be heavily appreciated if more context is given, such as what the Anti-Cheat caught running on my game when I was banned, or if the ban was caused by too many player reports. The reason I say this is because it can only help me in the future to never use those utilities again in the future, and allows EA to be more transparent with these types of things.

Because I can only control what I am aware of, I know what runs on my PC alongside the game, and it's what I use in all my games that I haven't been banned in. So it perplexes me to just be told that I violated your rules, but how (more specifically) did I violate? What did I use exactly to cause this? So I know what to do in the future.

This sounds like yapping, but I say this because it relates to how EA Help is as a whole. My initial case was closed with no proper explanation other than the generic response mentioned above. But that gives me no opportunity to actually learn something from it because each ban/violation/etc is specific to the account, so the general definition of EA's ToS just labels me the same way as everyone else, when it's a need-to-know what happened. I am admitting to what I used alongside the game, but I wasn't told that that is what caused me to get banned, so now I am in the dark on this still.

And as much as I want to continue working with an EA Advisor on this, I feel as though I will be given the link on ToS of which I am already aware. I just wasn't made aware of what happened specifically on my computer, so that is the crux of my dissatisfaction with this process.

Sorry for the word wall. I just want to be able to know exactly what I did, and hopefully get a progress reset as the reprimand instead of the ban.

Kugel_FIN  The worst part about this is I read that once a ban appeal is denied (whether they give proper information or not) then other appeals won't help make a case to change it. So I think that because my initial appeal got declined, they set that so I can't make a new appeal. Absolute BS of a platform.

They didn't even tell me exactly what I did, they only told me that I broke their rules. And they used the term "item enhancement" which is an umbrella term for both hacking and non-hacking utilities. So now I am labeled a hacker even if I didn't hack (which I didn't), nor did the Anti-Cheat actually detect anything on my machine while playing.

But like playing 60+ levels means that the Anti-Cheat didn't find anything bad, otherwise I would have been banned as soon as I started playing. They just can't admit to me that it was from player reports that I allegedly broke their rules, even after admitting to them that I have utilities I use for other games where I am not banned. Naturally I leave those enabled thinking it won't be a problem here.
