PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

Technical Issue Report

Issue:

Whenever I launch the EA game, my computer crashes to a Windows Blue Screen of Death.

The BSOD reports:

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

The error identifies:

eaanticheat.sys

as the suspected/faulting driver.

This makes the game completely unplayable because launching the game causes my PC to crash.

Troubleshooting Already Completed:

I have already tried the standard troubleshooting methods, including reinstalling the game, reinstalling the EA App, uninstalling and reinstalling EA AntiCheat/Javelin AntiCheat, repairing the game files, running the EA App as Administrator, performing a Windows Clean Boot, disabling unnecessary background applications and services, disabling Windows exploit protection as a troubleshooting test, restarting the PC multiple times, updating Windows, updating my GPU drivers, updating chipset and system drivers, checking system stability, running Windows Memory Diagnostic, checking Windows system files for corruption, and attempting to launch the game with minimal software running.

I have also tried reinstalling AntiCheat using its installer and followed the recommended EA AntiCheat troubleshooting procedures.

Despite all of this, the exact same BSOD continues to happen and eaanticheat.sys is still identified when the crash occurs.

The problem appears to happen specifically when EA AntiCheat/Javelin AntiCheat starts or interacts with the game.

This does not appear to be a simple game-file corruption problem because completely reinstalling both the game and AntiCheat has not fixed the issue.

The Windows error PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, combined with eaanticheat.sys being identified as the faulting driver, makes me suspect there is a driver-level compatibility or kernel-level issue involving EA AntiCheat and my current Windows/hardware configuration.

Request for EA Technical Support:

At this point, I need this issue escalated beyond the standard troubleshooting steps.

Please investigate the eaanticheat.sys driver and the PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA BSOD and determine what is causing the crash.

I can provide minidump files, Event Viewer logs, DxDiag, MSInfo32, EA AntiCheat logs, hardware specifications, Windows version/build information, driver versions, and crash timestamps if required.

I have already tried the standard solutions, including reinstalling the game, reinstalling EA AntiCheat, repairing the game, performing a clean boot, and disabling exploit-related protections for testing, with no improvement.

Please escalate this to the appropriate technical or AntiCheat team rather than repeating the same basic reinstall and clean-boot instructions.

The game is currently completely unplayable because launching it causes a system-level BSOD involving eaanticheat.sys.
