Perma death, not able to respawn.

I've come across a strange issue. It has been happening every once in a while since launch. 

Sometimes when you get shot (gamemode doesn't matter) you get stuck in the downed position waiting to either be revived or give up. But what has been happening to me is that the timer never runs out. When you try to give up, you get the added bonus of being stuck with a touch of tinitus in your ears. You can't be revived, you can't give up, you can't redeploy, you literally can't do anything only look around while on the floor.

This isn't connected to wifi/internet connection problems, as it seems to happen only on rare occasions. No symbols show up on my screen or on the scoreboard, and the world around you just keeps turning like nothing ever happend.

The only way to get out of it, is to leave the server and hop into another match.
